With Google+ launching a few weeks ago it’s nice to see the Chrome community working on ways to make the user experience even better. I did some searching and put together a list of all the Google+ extension with the developers description and their respective links in the Chrome Store. There are also a ton of FireFox plugins for Google+ as well, but since I’ve boycotted FF (except for development purposes) on account of the amount of memory it uses I didn’t compile a list.
Please let me know if I missed any and I will add to the list.

Extended Share for Google Plus:
Google+ does not have a quick way sharing your posts to Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, this extension will add a link “Share on …” to each post. Once clicked, it will bring up an internal bubble asking you where to share your post.
